Companies that want to keep there workers highly attuned to the industry trends. With all of the changes that occur, with big data, with database driven companies, now is the prime time to engage in PD. You have a unique opportunity in that you can apply for sponsorship for foreigners to work for you. When you do this, then you are subject to training obligations of permanent residents and Australian Citizens. This is called a Training Benchmark and you would choose option B, as this would allow for you to pay one percent of your gross wages and superannuation towards training costs for your qualifying workers. Our training is specifically designed for foreign / local workers that acompany sponsored and needs to provide training for its Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents. Our training is online, highly efficient and effective at upskilling all who participate.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• At Field of Nodes we offer Online courses from several industries that are available for on demand payment. Courses can be taken to lead to a qualification as part of the evidence part of the RPL process.
  
  
• Field of Nodes is not a registered training organisation so the courses are not accredited.
  
  
• The completed units are bundled with other evidence and sent to a college for certification.
  
  
• The online software is accessible to anyone and can be used to show that a company has meant there fiscal obligation of paying for the training of Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents in conjunction with business sponsorship for Australian work visas. Formally this is known as the Training Benchmark ‘B’ (1%), where the company pays one percent of the previous 12 months gross wages, commissions, superannuation and fees for contractors.
